Va,va,voom! Carmen was all about showing that body. She was very much a lady. Bur her clothing showed off the natural curves to her body. The black lace overlay evokes a sense of all around sexiness. Details make all the difference. The red rose on the black background certainly make a statement. What doesn't this dress have?
